This department is the heart of ECTS, managing the daily movement of buses, routes, and personnel to ensure smooth service.

Key Functions:
Bus Scheduling and Route Planning
Driver Management and Dispatch
Real-Time Monitoring of Service (GPS, etc.)
Incident Response and Emergency Coordination

Keeps the ECTS fleet running safely and reliably, minimizing disruptions and maximizing the lifespan of vehicles.

Key Functions:
Regular Preventative Maintenance
Vehicle Repairs (mechanical, electrical, etc.)
Parts Inventory and Procurement
Compliance with safety regulations

Manages the financial health of ECTS and ensures smooth internal operations.

Key Functions:
Budgeting and financial accounting
Fare collection and revenue management
Human Resources (hiring, benefits, etc.)
Procurement of goods and services

Builds relationships with passengers, represents ECTS to the public, and promotes ridership.

Key Functions:
Addressing passenger inquiries and complaints
Marketing and promoting ECTS services
Conducting passenger surveys
Community outreach and engagement
